It’s over. The marathon experiment is done. All the Christmas ta-dues are completed & if one (you) cares to track back, ALL the AIs are completed & I am relaxing with some egg nog which I have grossly over-bought.

Today's image is the latest completed project, the lined butterflyfish (Chaetodon lineolatus).

As you can clearly see, it is up to the high standards I demand & command for my work. Project was completed on time late this morning/early afternoon and delivered to Patron in McK for shipment to their son that is a marine biologist. This is a repeat customer and purchased a Centropyge boylei (peppermint angelfish) last summer.

Latest base show here has multiple small holes for repositioning and combined with small rods of varying lengths and the ability to rotate each fish, the piece is positioned for additional growth AND the perfect adult ‘desk toy’ or home decorating statement piece.

What else ?

Yes, I bought a half gallon of egg nog at K-Roget and with the gallon of milk, it looks like yours truly will be ‘dairy rich’ for the near term. IMMEDIATELY spilled some Makers into the nog and enjoyed the hottest bath watching TWO (2) episodes of the Man from Uncle dozing & snoozing on occasion. Great stuff.

The celebration was 100% earned, justified & warranted as I packed & shipped ALL gift packages to the inner circle. ALL cards are away and should be arriving next week so for all intents & purposes I am DONE.

Tonight the relaxation & low-key celebration continues. Game on the radio TBD. Look at the work schedule for tomorrow, Saturday, officially ending the nirvana experiment and make some plans accordingly.

That is where is stands right now, at this moment, being brutally honest. With all the things that need to be done around here, the projects lined up and the energy levels that seem to be drained by working at the orange box, there may not be much left.

About the only thing that might interest you in the Fandom is a possible (penciled in) meeting with Clay Reynolds the writer Thursday in the evening. Google him, you’ll find him.

I got an idea for a movie or book and want to brainstorm it with him briefly to see if it has any legs. This could be the big break, that time to step up to the plate late in the game & hit the home run.
