Eleven A: Masters day IV Final day
Sunday at the Masters and about to settle in for another Grande day of golf action, drama and suspense. The day is beautiful here and it looks good in Georgia.
Just a bit of a chill in the air here as the sun rises. Estimating 14° and the plan is TENTATIVELY a two (2) hour leisure ride when we hit the magic number 16°C. It has to be warm enough for the chill factor to not cause an illness.
Watching the first groups tee off, Paul Casey is wearing the yellow shirt as in todays image. He didn’t have a great tournament but as always respectable and a good guy. He is playing with 'Billy' Horschel who is another colorless tofu-vanilla player. I guess I just don't like 'Billy'.
Early watching is different in a spectacular way for a true Fan. You get a lot more audio and can listen to the chatting and strategy between player and caddie. I get this sometimes when close enough at the Colonial. Much of it is pure bullshit because the player ultimately has to select the club, grip it and hit it otherwise it is idle chatter.
It being Sunday and a day of Rest I think I will observe that rule.
Projets artistique in order of priority for teh next show(s), laundry is going, water the plants, some cleaning and I must eat something.
Casey birdies the first hole and off to a good start. It is going to be fun watching his entire round.
And there is the Frog of Augusta !!
I kid you not.
Bah-rump, bah-rump-, bah-rump and an extra bah-rump.
He KNOWS it’s Sunday.
